Reread the clauses within Tyndall’s show-cause. He’s not coaching NCAA again. It requires a member institution to suspend him even if they do hire him within the ten-years. It also states he will have to sit out the first half of a season if hired after the ten-years.

He paid players at his school prior. He had taken the Tennessee job and then it came out but it wasn't a violation that happened at Tennessee.
