What about after 1970? Can we get a link at least? Did Texas not dominate as much in the latter years or something? Not sure why you wouldnt also post anything past 1970.

The reason there haven't been any "relevant" Texas teams is because there are so many schools to choose from in Texas, whereas Alabama/Mississippi have 2 big schools to go to. Louisiana only has 1. Can you image if Texas and Texas A&M were the only two big schools in Texas? Not to mention, the majority of the roster at Oklahoma and Oklahoma State come from Texas. Arkansas also pulls plenty of recruits from Texas. Oregon also has a pipeline of a lot of Houston talent.
