Seriously though, it's permissible to say whatever about a game this year that y'all won. We couldn't hold onto the ball, we lost, it is what it is.
At least we ended our season on a high note. Next years matchup will probably decide the East.

With Latti gone, and Clowney leaving next year, and Spur aging, I just don't see Carolina being any better than middle tier, taking an 8 year outlook, when we are all looking back at which team owned the 20-Teens.
The saddest part, and I really mean this, I feel sorry for some of my friends who are Carolina fans, they are good respectable people, they get to look back at these last few years as the Golden Years, and the Golden Years are 3rd in the East.
South Carolina will not be a powerhouse in the SEC, ever. 4th and 5th in the East, where they came from. They will never be in a position to beat Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and your rival Clemson, year after year. Traditionally these teams own you, big time. Spurrier isn't going to undo 100 years of mediocrity with one defensive end.
Vandy's season has shown us that even the least among us can occasionally rise up and impress everyone, but they beat a dogshit Auburn and dogshit Tennessee, and dogshit Kentucky, and dogshit Ole Miss, lost to all of their other conference opponents in their best year of all time. But looking forward through the rest of the decade, at the end, Vandy is still Vandy and South Carolina is still South Carolina.
Fighting each other for dogshit of the East.

The east will be what it has always been, UGA, UF, Tenn, with USC now joining them..UGA, UF, and USC all all strong and will remain strong barring disaster and Tenn will eventually come back..Vandy is Vandy, Ky is Ky, and Mizzou has a long way to go.
