I found if you take it every day then you become immune to it.

I took it 5 days a week from 4th grade till junior year of high school. Effect never changed even when I switched types

Yeah. I only take it when I really need it now. It's better that way. If you take it that long your body will eventually fight the affects and it'll do absolutely nothing for you.

I weighed 155 throughout HS. Get to college, stop taking it regularly, gained 30 pounds first semester. Have gained an extra 30 since then.

Sounds like me this past weekend. I'm on a self imposed break after a serious four day bender last week. I had a 48 hour hangover after sobering up. Never do I want to do that again.
