Well I don’t mind giving folks credit where it’s due but the play I referenced like I said has happened several times this year among several different lineman. They are standing right in front of the DL or slightly to the side. Instead of putting their hands on them and kind of push them off the path to the QB they let them go right by and kill the QB. Hell my old arse could sack Ty Simpson when the lineman are doing that. That’s less about the defensive player being great and more the offensive lineman being absolutely terrible. Every time I see it happen I just shake my head. Some old man using a walker could block better than that.
