I'll take "finished #2" over "was ranked #1. Agree with conventional wisdom though- play in Sept/ Oct UGA loses. Play Nov UGA wins. It was a very odd season. We were a bad football team until Halloween. Then we were the best team in the country for the remainder of year....typical UGA fashion the damage was done.
