I meant the blocks on top of the expansion.
Actually I had always wondered why they had made the east and west the shape they did as well. It certainly helps having the expansion.

The largest block is the elevator well...
...the other blocks are concessions/restrooms. Those are fairly uniform
The good news is if you are a visitor sitting in the SEZ upper deck, you will get first crack at getting in line for either concessions/restrooms.
They are literally right behind you.

This is the view from outside. The elevators are the boxy structure to the right...
So the design doesn't lend itself to uniformity from the get-go. There's been some anguish on The Rant over that.
