I personally am not really that upset. I know what Nutt's intentions were in saying it, but there were about 175,000 better ways for him to word it.
Do you think Miles would ever say something like that? Or Saban? Of course not. When you are representing a SEC football program, you need to think about what you say a little longer before you blurt it out. Nutt is not very good at this.

It wasn't bad at all. I wasn't offended, simply amused. I hope Hootie stays there for another 10 years.

No, he's not very good at it, but I wasn't offended. It was Nutt's weird way of paying a compliment, he just butchered it. The way he said it didn't imply that he really wished Bequette was injured, he was trying to be funny and failed is all.
