I never said there was a misunderstanding. All I said was none of us know the facts, yet many have already jumped to the conclusion Ruggs was driving impaired, caused the collision, and should be convicted and imprisoned

There is some logic to this.

In the same city, Josh Jacobs was arrested for DUI on January 4. However, the invesitgation found that Jacobs' blood alcohol level was below the legal limit.

The difference is that although Jacobs was arrested, he was never charged. Ruggs, on the other hand, will be charged.

Are we jumping to the conclusion that Ruggs was drunk? Maybe. But it's because LVPD has said he will be charged...which implies that they already know what his BAL was.
