Would be nice to hang on here in game 3 and be sitting 16-7 in league play with 6 games left.
Pretty sure we can at least go 4-2 to end up 20-9. 21-8 or 22-7 would be gravy.

The staff is just straight up nasty. This includes losing the guy with arguably the brightest MLB potential to his migraine issues, and then Altimont's going off the deep end. The appearances he made he showed good promise.
It looks like the team is starting to clamp down and get into Omaha mode like I was expecting. Hopefully they'll sharpen and really push themselves to play flawlessly in the field. They could go very very deep in the tournament with some smart defense, proper baserunning, and just playing smart. The hitting will be enough to hang around and some timely hits could push leads to margins where the bullpen should have no problems holding.
These guys are almost too good. Beeks for instance can get you out of a bad jam almost effortlessly, but the games he's gone in with a 4 run lead he's shaky.

Not getting that Game 3 chance to win another SEC game could hurt us if we end up at 19 conference wins. You know some egghead on the comittee will point to not winning 20 in conference and ship us off to Norman or Corvalis.
Not sure how having the OU games cancelled will shake out for us.

19 conference wins would be a disappointment if we sweep today.
With TN and AU left, going 3-3 against those two wouldn't bode well for a post season run.
