It takes us forever, but when we do it, we do it right.

Inside view, current jumbotron will be broken in half, then both will be placed to mirror eachother in the stadium. looks nice.

Whoa, that's pretty cool. Where'd you hear that?

There is no way they break that in half. It's big, but it isn't that big. Those screens in that rendering would make our screen HUGE if they were put together.

They'll be new "corner" jumbotrons like at BDS and Tiger Stadium...

Increase stated roughly around 5,000 to 7,000 additional seats to a woping 55,000 (current capacity).

55,000 is what we are now, isn't it? The renovations will take it to 65,000...

Miss State looks pretty nice

We are making changes to our stadium soon too. Too early to know what is going to happen, everything from renovations to complete demo and rebuild are on the table.

No flame, but why is that building off at a weird angle compared to the rest of the stadium?

I have no idea. There is no existing structure there except those God awful student bleachers. They maybe doing it to follow the origional contour of the street that runs in front of it. Or they may be trying to dodge the indian mounds

What more do you want from us? We have the best stadium in the country. Hard to improve on.

In addition to the Tiger Stadium south endzone expansion (renderings posted above) on which construction will start in the fall, the north and west sides of the stadium are currently undergoing exterior renovations and additions.

The north side of Tiger Stadium looked like THIS a year ago.

First, new windows were installed last fall:

Now, the exterior is being painted:

Construction is also underway on the new gates and plazas on the west and north sides of Tiger Stadium:

And when the project is completely finished, the north side of the stadium and surrounding areas will look like this:

So it's for certain that North Stadium Dr. will become a pedestrian area/mall in the next 10 years or so?

aTm is planning to bowl in their stadium with rumors it could be as little as 95k to as high as 115,000 seats. They have the largest student section in the nation, and are very close to the 4th largest city in the nation, so they need a lot more general seating.

When they bowl in Kyle Field, 1pm games in September will be unbearable...people will be dropping like flies. Think of the hottest game in BDS and multiply it by two...that's the hottest f'n place on earth.

Have they replaced the page link fence that goes around the top of the bowl behind the last row in Tger Stadium? If not, will that eventually be replaced with wrought iron?

I wouldn't mind visiting just to go swimming in that beach in the background.

This makes no sense as College Station isn't even close to being the 4th largest city in Texas.

What am I overlooking here???
