There is no doubt in my mind that ESPN Executives sat him down and asked him to be that guy after Cowherd left. Drumming up attention for their fading brand. It looks like it's working. Dude is too smart to mean some of the things he says.

They also trolled the 'runnin off da plug' nonsense the players have been doing. I wonder if the players know how stupid they look on this one.
