Yes he has. He's got football talking heads and writers talking abut him and Tennessee. He's got UT fans fired up, hoping the season happens, wanting tickets and talking football in May. He's got big time recruits throwing UT in the mix and a few are committing. He's got a cut throat staff. This from a program that was a joke and DOA a short time back.
