Deboer has to make staff changes

Yes Milroe sucks and has to go.......But the OC has proven he is not the answer. I'm not going to list all the reasons, he just doesn;t have IT. Bama is his FIRST real OC experience. He only got promoted from within when Grubb got hired away and Deboer needed a fast replacement.
