I detect sarcasm...yeah they went to those bowls but also finished 12th and 13th in 96 and 97 for the season and tied for the division title losing the tie breakers so yeah they didn't exactly mail it in the entire decade even though Hallman and Dinardo in his last 2 years didn't help matters...
