I heard some fellow dawgs on six pack speak stating John Cohen is Jewish. I just wanted to know if this is true?

Uh, yeah. Cohen is a very common Jewish last name. Your question is about as dumb asking if someone named Patrick Murphy is Irish.

They exist. Mississippi, and the Delta in particular, used to have a sizable Jewish population. There are still old Jewish families in Mississippi which are very, very Southern.

I didn't know Cohen was a common Jewish name. Unless you're Jewish I could see how this wouldn't be common knowledge.
