Could FEMA trailers be what's wrong with Arkansans?

Louisiana contributed to a large percentage of Arkansans finally achieving homeownership when we let them have millions of FEMA trailers after Katrina.
Later we found out they were leaching chemicals from the particle board floors.
Most states banned them, and those supposedly salvaged trailers mostly ended up in Arkansas. That gave Arkansans another very large percentage of homeownership jump.
Maybe that's why they seem collectively retarded?
I always assumed it was inbreeding.
I can admit to being wrong.

Y’all didn’t give them away, you just couldn’t keep using them in Louisiana because they couldn’t float.
