UA has to be embarrassed by this. I don't think anything Shaw said was malicious, and at the end of the day, UA is a company that needs to realize their product flaws and make corrections accordingly. I highly doubt they terminate any kind of contract they have with USC because how would that look on their part in regards to customer service?
