Mid to bottom...I can see that. I would say the top teams are pretty close in most conferences. But even the 2nd place teams have a bit of separation most years. But yes, top to bottom is where there is a lot of separation.

But there is no denying that since 2006 the SEC has pretty much dominated top to bottom. That's 16 years an SEC team has won 13 National Championships in football. While true, Alabama has most of those....5 different teams have won a championship. NO conference can make that claim. I mean can a conference claim even 3 of their teams have won a championship? ACC has 2. The B1G has one. That is domination.

I mean, yes. Two years. But we were only good to very good for 42 years. And Clemson has had a pretty good run yourselves. Only time will tell if Dabo can right the ship again....but Clemson still has a very good team, whether they win a title or not in the near future.
