According to your definition, Mississippi College is the Flagship university for the state. They were here befoe OM was, ergo, MC=flagship

So was ours at the end of 2008 and most of 2009. Things can change quickly.

I said your program. You just lost Bost, Moultrie, and Sidney who was still a talent. Some of your recruits want out, and you can't find a coach near USCe's quality.

Our baseball team will be better than yours too.
That remains to be seen. We have far more talent than State. Should take 2 of 3 and the Governor's Cup.

Light years? Really? You went 6-6 this past year and lost a good bit of THAT team to graduation and the pros.

We just had the worst year we've ever had so, like. law of averages and shite.

Yeah, you should have. You were the second most talented team in the conference. We say you're a "dumpster fire" because with Dee Bost, Arnett Moultrie, Renardo Sidney and Rodney Hood, you missed the big dance and lost in the first round of the SEC tournament. You then fired Stans several years too late only to get passed over by every coach you wanted save for Bryce fricking Drew, so, yeah, that's a dumpster fire.

Y'all had Elite Eight talent this year, and lost to GEORGIA in the SEC Tournament.

Holy shite! An OM person lecturing someone on weak OOC schedules. How the hell do y'all think you got to those back to back Cotton Bowls. I don't think you will have to worry anytime soon about OM being favored in a game against MS State in football.

That's not the definition, bro.

They weren't established by the state. They don't have the larger endowment. They don't have the larger alumni association. They don't have the name recognition.

I'd wait til 4/17 or the series beginning on 4/27 before I chalk up OM as a better baseball team

Really? How many position players did State lose this year? Ole Miss has Mathis, Yarbs, Snyder, Kirksey, and Allen, who would all start at MSU this year if they were on their roster.

Then, you have Wahl (2.36 ERA), Hively (1.47 ERA), and Mayers (3.47 ERA). Wahl and Hively would easily start on the weekend for State.

If baseball were all about head-to-head, we would be a better team than the national champions last year.

We'll see who goes further this year. We're two strikes away from being 5-1 and tied with Florida in the SEC. Ole Miss will make a regional and could host if they get their hitting back on track and find a closer who can close out a game.

And it didn't happen. Stop hanging on that stat because it's the most worthless stat that you can throw out there. Fact of the matter is, you're not 5-1 and you couldn't finish and record those 2 strikes.

ETA: And when you're talking about making Regionals and possibly hosting.. the same could be said about every team in the SEC not named Alabama, UT, and maybe Vandy.

Link?

Deville and Sid were shown the door. Moultrie will be a top 20 draft pick. What players got rid of us?

Of course it didn't. But the point is, adjustments can be made to make sure that we close out games, for instance getting a new closer. It's not like the three games we lost we lost in blowout fashion.

Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot that you scraped by The Who the frick Cares University Buttfricks in the www.TractorSupplyDirect.net Bowl. How could I forget such a memorable postseason victory?

Your football team isn't all that impressive. Sorry.
