So much to break down here.
ND doesn’t play for championship except last year. He’s won 0 championships at the Big 5 level. He’s had his head handed to him every time he’s played for a championship.
Who was responsible for that class at ND remains to be seen. BK in his entire ND career only had one class better than that one though. Freeman has to be credited with keeping it together if nothing else. None of those kids were signed when Kelly left.
This is horse shite and you know it. 11 of the top 20 players in state signed with other SEC schools.
Brennan wasn’t even a top 5 QB in the portal much less top 5 available overall. Lol

Take a Xanax man. Stop worrying about us, we will be ok. We are getting better inside the program then we have been in years. Also rent is due Saturday.

I always love the poor Bama fans shtick. I live in the most affluent city in our state and I just bought my national championship tickets. It really does suck that I don’t live in 500sqft house next to a gator swamp though. Oh well. Maybe someday.

You ol boys are scrambling for anything at this point.
ND isn't as restrictive as those schools in terms of academic requirements for athletes. Maybe 25% of athletes don't qualify, maybe.
The HUGE difference is Notre Dame is THE school for millions of Catholics around the country. They are a true national recruiter and have always had a national footprint. They have a distinct advantage with kids coming out of private Catholic schools over everyone else if used properly. That ignores the media they have in their corner and the fact they are they literally have their own national TV deal.
There is no excuse for Notre Dame to ever recruit outside the Top 10. Acting like they are Northwestern or Duke or even Stanford in terms of disadvantages is just laughable.
