I've had a good time at all the other party schools. Tuscaloosa was my favorite. Hell even at Southern Miss they get wild.

LSU is by far the biggest party school because in Louisiana everyone can get into a bar at 18 and if you look older than middle school you can probably purchase alcohol somewhere.

For drug use, Ole Miss and Alabama are definitely at the top.
For most widespread consumption of alcohol, it has got to be LSU. We don't have that same southern Baptist influence on campus nearly as much as other SEC schools. I'm convinced 1/3 of students here are alcoholics and find drunk driving to be a fun sport.
Greeks have the most freedom at Ole Miss, Bama, Auburn, and UGA.
Good time as a non-Greek are much easier had at LSU and UGA.
UGA and UF have a good bit of nerds so that hurts.
UF is strict on alcohol, but the south FL kids are pretty crazy.
Vandy is Vandy.
UK is a big ten school.
I can't judge Arky, Miss St., USC, and Tenn because I haven't been there or know enough about them, but it seems like LSU, Ole Miss, Bama, and UGA are ahead of everyone else.
