2. Estimated length of suspension
3. What they did to get suspended (please be specific)
4. A pledge not to do whatever they did again

Go vouch for number 3, his crime is going to Saints board and asking Saints fans if they would treat Sean Payton like LSU fans treat Les Miles if in 2 years the Saints are back to .500.

No I got banned on #3 that night I went to Saints Talk and started a thread asking would Saints fans support Sean Payton if next year the Saints went 8-8 and following season 9-7 missing the playoffs both seasons, or would it be time to find a new coach.
This was right before or after the Superbowl I do not remember which. Then a poster went to the help board complaining about me flaming like a cry baby and I started making fun of him so I was banned for quality control purposes.
