When I was in the weight room the other day one of they players told me they basically just use them to help loosen up the muscles from feeling sore before they start their work outs. They also have some resistant bands attached at the bottom.

We could have went back on Sunday and Monday to watch the camp that just started and some more touring of the facilities but I just didn't have the time.
We met a few of the players in the camp last night at the pool of the hotel we were at in T-Town but I was wasted and I can't remember their names.
