It was always hard to say how much impact a DB coach made on the actual play under Saban since he focused on it hisself but he definitely coached some great ones. Surtain is probably his best recruited and developed.

Good stuff. I’m excited about the defensive staff Kelly is putting together. Looks like he’s getting elite recruiters and developers at every level. I’m hoping we get Scott over Raymond
