He is plenty accurate it’s very obvious you haven’t watched him play. His issue will be staying healthy. If he’s healthy he’ll be a Heisman contender mark it down.
by plenty accurate, what exactly does that mean?

You did not watch games then..he was pressured most passes. Most of his throws after 3 seconds were on the run. What was our record with him starting again? Oh..6-1.

It means you should stop looking at box scores and watch the games. He started 6 games 4 against top 25 comp. He had the #1 depth of target in the league, 60% on an average throw of 11 yards is pretty damn decent. He was over 70% on throws 0-5 yards he just didn’t throw many. He also had 2 picks that were tipped balls, 1 that was a jump ball at the end of the half and 4 passes to Badger alone that went out of bounds inside the 5. Watch the games. Lagway isn’t Thorne throwing 55% on screens.

The freshmen WR's are our best ones now. We got dudes behind Baugh.
Sturdivant is #2 followed by the freshman and word is Naeshaun is outplaying both 5 stars.

Thank goodness Douglas is gone lol

According to the swamp geckos they have BEST QB, OL, RB and WR rooms in the country. TOP DLine too. LBs are just really good. Secondary is lockdown. Reality is QB can't stay healthy. ONLY 2 RBs have 100 career rush yards. Not a single returning WR had 20 receptions last year. Defense rankings in SEC #15 total defense. #11 pass defense. #14 rush defense
You could just say they beat Brian Kelly and his band of criminals and move on clown.

Lagway isn’t Thorne throwing 55% on screens.
So while you try to throw shade at PT, he stats say he was the better Qb than Lagway in 2024.

Had you said 6-6 or 8-4... then I'd say you have reasonable expectations.
We went 8-5 last year with a worse team and harder schedule.

People said that team was all Cam but the lines were really good.
I wouldnt call it really good, just seasoned. It's not like those units had NFL talent for days. Just Fairley. Auburn's 2013 OL was ten times better. Had a Remington winner at Center, plus dudes like Chad Slade, Shon Coleman, and Greg Robinson that had quality NFL experience.

Thank you for spotting him an extra INT.

2k yards passing.
He was the starting QB for 6 games, and went out after 6 attempts vs Georgia.
So yeah, 2k yards in 6 starts is pretty ok.

I don't think our #1 RB is also our #1 WR, no.

Well then I misinterpreted this from fellow Jort fan:
Who is the number 1 receiver?

I assume that's two different points in one post.
We do indeed have guys behind Baugh, who looked great last year. Jakobi Jackson and Trey Webb at times looked like they might be the starter. Our 1/2/3 there is really good.
For the rest, this list is close but not exact: LINK
Dallas Wilson is likely out for another week or two.

Lagway is injury prone. A very fragile QB

Agree..despite clear evidence he is a bad HC..Our fans will defend him..til he is fired..then they will claim they called for it 2 years ago. I will be more than happy to say I was wrong if we can win the SEC or make it to a semifinal game for the National Title in the next 3 years. I would say win a title but we all know Napier will never win a Div 1 national title.

I actually watch the games I would know better.
