Meh. Ask any Alabama fan if, four years ago, they thought Pete Golding would be the head coach of a top ten team about to host a first round playoff game.

Pete's gonna be OK.

As close to a no win situation as you can get.

So a guy about to host a first round playoff game is in a no win situation?

If Golding just happens to win a national championship, you don't think that's a win?

Tell you what...take another look at what happened to Miles, Orgeron, and Kelly, then come back and say who's in the real "no win situation".

Win a national championship at Ole Miss...especially under these circumstances...and you buy a decade of good will and tolerance for 6 to 9 win seasons.

Win a national championship next year at LSU and you could easily be unemployed three years after.
