Missouri's closest neighbor is us, sadly.
And we won't play them in football for at least another year.
It does feel strange.

Except you are wrong. There are some rednecks but the predominant population centers are around St louis and Kansas City metro areas accounting for over 5 million of the 6 million in state population.
That doesn't mean that the rest of the state isn't full of rednecks.
The same applies to Georgia. Most of the population is centered around Atlanta, but the rest of the state is full of rednecks.

Anyone who watches football instead of just posting on message boards knows mizzou had the worst injury luck in the country last year. They are going to surprise people this year. They go 7-5 this year. 4-0 OOC. Beat uk, ut. Then 1-2 against vandy, uscjr, and ole miss. Wouldn't be surprised if they win 8 though...

Sure there are rednecks. Its not even close to the percentages in the other SEC states though. There are very few rednecks north of 70 in Missouri as well.
St Louis and KC out populate almost half the SEC states respectively.

Okay...I'll concede that we have a few rednecks sprinkled into quite a few million normal citizens.
I assume the exact opposite is true in Kentucky.
I totally agree with you, Cat.

My bad. Replace rednecks with white trash. Missouri is the meth capital of the country, is it not? There isn't that much meth in the cities. There must be plenty of country people using it.

Well, I don't know that much about the state of Kentucky as a whole, as I'm not from there, but most of the population is centered about Lexington, Louisville, and Cincinnati. You're wrong about it being the exact opposite.

Producer. Producer. Get it right.
The usage capital of the USA is Arkansas followed closely by KY, TN, MS, and LA.

What the frick is wrong with rednecks?
Rednecks and coonasses and and hillbillies are the backbone of this fricking great country.
