What do you mean?

Yeah a BB suit might be on the steeper end, but I guarantee you'll get more wears out of it than you would a cheaper suit. The same goes for their shirts and ties.

Their white no-iron dress shirts stay nice, white, and crisp with very little care (see: fewer trips to the cleaner) for a very long time.

I think Whereisomaha is referring to the professional frat boys. No stinkin' outlets for them...those guys do work, son

Well there are no Brooks Brothers in MS. The closest ones are at the outlet mall in Foley and the actual store in NOLA. So to MS people BB is held in high regard even though you can still get them at a low price at outlet malls.

All these new frat brands are too heavy on the pastels and patterned polos. I guess I'm old school, I still prefer a good old fashioned solid colored Polo shirt.

Try Southern Tide then. Most are solid colors and they actually have a college brand that is made to match school colors. If you workout at all they're the best.

BB outlet doesn't discount too much off regular price unless there is a huge sale. I wear both outlet and retail BB and honestly can't tell a difference.

True I forgot. Jackson has really upgraded its shopping. Its better than Oxford now IMO. Just got to know where to look. Oxford makes it nice for you putting all the good stores in one area.

The Rogue, Kincaid's, Circle 7, Monzigo, and Great Scott are better than any store in Oxford

The only thing Oxford needs now is a decent place to buy fishing supplies.

I'm 25 and I was a frat superhipster a few years back, I'm pretty sure I'm the first hipster ever. Non-descript, non-logoed, plain colored, zip-up hoodies are the shite.

I know we have Sardis, but I've always thought Oxford itself could be a great boating town. Could you imagine the real estate around a nice lake in Oxford?

Im assuming you mean even though you were in a fraternity you were a hipster. We have a lot of these in Oxford, but they're all GDI's

As I was the original hipster and in a cool frat, I am a paradox wrapped in an enigma. When I started hipsterdom, I could never anticipate the awful direction it took. I apologize to all.

They tried with Wellsgate and the Highlands. Oddly enough the market really isn't there. I generally have my Ranger and a Sea Doo when I'm here in the summer though because Sardis is better than nothing.

I consider myself a classy hipster. I don't like polo, southern tide, bb, shirts. I hate the elastic, and I don't like the old man fit of the polo and bb dress shirts. I'm wearing a southern tide shirt right now and it's drivin me crazy, riding up my damn arms n shite. I need to lay off the juice I guess.

Those arent boating lakes though. Im talking about a lake bigger than Sardis, but actually nice. Where it became a trend to buy a boat your sophomore year.

I've been looking at boats today. Looking at a bayliner that sleeps two in the cabin and not expensive. I think I may stay single.

Most of my polos are ST and I love the tight feel on my arms, its free tickets to the gun show every day. Im wearing a Southern Point polo right now and its very similiar. Very light and tight on the arms, but not quite as short sleeves so you might like them better. A kinda middle ground between BB and ST.

BTW hipsters dont spend $72 on a polo. Youre not a hipster.

Good idea. Youll find a better woman with a nice car and boat anyway.

Trust me. You do not want a bayliner. Boats aren't something to go cheap on.

Omaha: That would probably end poorly. The first time someone partied too hard on a dock. I'd love it though. I want a place to wakeboard and my x10 doesn't go in sardis.

I get shirts like this for chistmas and birthdays or girlfriends or whatever and wear them to work. Also one of my best friends has a store here that sells southern tide. I never spend 72 bucks on a shirt cuz I usually buy a shirt that I think looks good. They just usually don't cost as much but it's not about the money.

If I wear a polo to the bar, it just has straight sleeves. See, classy hipster. I'm not afraid to throw my all-stars on.
