Why is it socially acceptable to be “terrible with names”?

You talk with someone new, introduce yourself to them and they do the same. Later in the function that person will say what is your name again. I was talking to you and told you my name, listen better please. Don’t just zone out when I talk to you. I used to not care about this but I am growing increasingly less tolerant of this. One time I told a person my name twice and I still got a “what is your name again” later in the function. Like what the heck lol.

The man just can’t happily retire with BK in charge at LSU. Just bring him back as a consultant or something. Need this man back to come save Kelly’s arse. Sloan is a dead man walking.

They have a great squad and great coaches, but they constantly feel the need to talk shite to whoever they are playing. I’d get it if it wasn’t an every week thing, but it is. It’s honestly embarrassing. I guess they think they are being edgy or something? Idk. I respect the hell out of Vitello as a coach, but the way his teams carry themselves is really tough to watch.

This word is my new arch nemesis. Making sure we are aligned! Do we have alignment? Lets align! Dude omg I can’t take it anymore. Is everyone just a professional actor? Acting like they care about all this corporate BS. shite is draining man. I just want to own a pizza joint on the beach that operates at a loss, but I can still afford to live somehow. Is that too much to ask for?

Wife needs some new tires as her Michelin Primacy MXM4 are starting to wear down. Obviously Michelin is considered the gold standard and I was looking at the Mich Defenders for her car, but was wondering if this time we could get away with a slightly cheaper brand. Tire prices are crazy right now. I used to run Firestones on my truck and they were fine. I'm intrigued with Yokohama and Continental, but feel like the reviews I'm reading on tire rack aren't great indicators. Just want a tire with good tread life really. There's a lot of tire brands out there

Looking like we'll need to swap out the battery in my wife's jeep soon. My truck has a AAA battery from Napa but I was trying to see if there were cheaper options that would last ~5 years. Seems like the EverStart brand at Walmart gets surprisingly good reviews.
New Toyota Tundras only have V6 engines now? Tacomas only have 4 cyclinders?

Since when did Toyota start doing this? Was looking at new Tundras and the only have the option for a V6 engine. Tacomas only have the option for 4 cyclinder engines?? Pretty disappointing. What vehicles of theirs do they install V8's in at the moment?

Watching some old games with Miles at the helm and man he really did run some timely trick plays that were often successful. Fake FGs, fake punts, great ways at stealing momentum. On top of a good defense, LSU always had good special teams with him as well. Not sure what Kelly's plan is, but I really hope he can hire a dedicated ST coach.
Will Sloan’s playcalling improve?

The play calling all season has not been good and against Ole Miss was no different. Is it possible Sloan could improve with more games under his belt as a play caller? Bc so far I’m not impressed.

Those two were on the field a lot, often at the same time. Usually having two freshman DTs on the field against a top 10 SEC team is a recipe for disaster, especially one with an offense like Ole Miss. But these kids are out there competing and standing their ground. Bo Davis coaching these kids up

I’m sure this has been discussed, but Kelly needs to do something to show the team that being a dumbass and costing your team won’t be tolerated. Even if it’s just for a game. I bet his backup will play better than him anyway.

How many years of no one wearing this number will it be considered just another number? Seems like they are trying to purge the recent history of #7. When will it reach a point where an incoming freshman can pick up the number without people thinking anything of it.

We're going to San Diego and wanted to use one day to visit one of the beach towns north of the city, but still south of Los Angeles. It looks like the Pacific Liner stops at Oceanside, Solana Beach, and San Clemente. Which of these towns would best best to visit for a day? Does one of these towns have nicer beaches than others? Which one has the nicest downtown?

Parents are my best friends but I wanted to venture out of Louisiana. It’s been a great decision but man do I miss them. They just entered their 70s and I feel like I’m missing out on their remaining years. If I want to see them or any other family I’ve got to get on a plane instead just driving to go see them. They’ve obviously been very supportive of my decision but will some times drop hints that they’d like me to come back. This sucks…

Police jurisdiction and overreach has lead to the preservation of human life that is not worth preserving. People who have previously got a bullet to the face for trespassing and similar crimes are being protected by the police. I support defunding the police due to this!
