I'm in a single at the Links and I really like it. May be a little expensive though, $740 furnished with no utilities included.
If you play golf it's nice, she can have 2 guests and all you have to pay is the $6 cart fee

Lafayette place for sure is a rip off. I lived there last year, that whole everything is included in the high arse rent price isn't true there. Screw that place.the windows leaked which cause mold and mildew all around. I'm at Lexington pointe now and I really like it, however I'm moving to a house next week. Too bad they don't have 4 bedrooms here. It's all 2&3. The manager is really nice and if anything ever goes wrong they fix it within the day, if not hour. Check with some of the realtors, or Craigslist.

Yea I have a buddy who lived at Lafayette place and it sounded awful. Plus it was way to expensive for what it is

Ole Miss Motel. I found a crack pipe behind my headboard, saved me a couple bucks. Not sure if your girl is in to that though.
