Well what's your solution? Oxford's growing, and people need actual buildings in which to live (crazy concept, I know).
The alternative to apartments are houses built which sprawl out on the edge of town, which takes a heavy toll on infrastructure and traffic. Apartments are the smart way to grow a city.

What side of Jackson will that be on? The side with Star? On the other side of that old railroad bridge (at least I think that's what that bridge is) from campus?
