Way, way, WAY too early to tell. I hope you're right, but I'm not as confident as you.

I think we experienced a perfect storm type scenario this season. We had two seniors down low who decided to play hard and dominate the last month of the season. We had a crazy arse shooter come in and energize the team (and our fans). We got quality minutes from Snoop, Summers, AJ (before he went down), Haus and a few others at just the right times and the SEC was a barrel of monkey spunk this season. I think we beat Wisky on emotion and their shitty 2nd half shooting % alone.

I hate to piss in everyone's corn flakes, but I don't think we are any closer to being a "force in basketball" than we were at the beginning of the season.

I'm not saying it cannot happen. FTR, I do believe that AK may have finally figured out that his previous 7 years of coaching style were garbage and that HE might have turned a corner in coaching effectiveness. However, I think he still has a ton of work to do before I'll agree that our PROGRAM has turned a corner.
