I'd be ok with having the number 1 overall player

He's getting a lot of Aaron Rodgers comparisons. While the kid is still just a junior in high school and that is a tallass bill to live up to….I don't hate it

I remember being at the USM vs Cal game with Rodgers at QB. That kid was lighting USM up! Lol

He looks like he just got done making similar terrible life decisions here.

Rodgers is the most talented QB in the NFL and the margin is wide. Luck will catch up as he matures and Rodgers ages, but AR is on another level. If Shea is anything like him, I'll be very happy.

Rodgers also has the unique ability to protect the ball a lot more than any other QB. He doesn't throw INT's. I know Manning get's the accolades for being a cerebral assassin, but I think Aaron has it between the ears.

Agreed. Rodgers' cerebral qualities are unreal. He anticipates pressure so well and moves out of the pocket because he knows he can make just as accurate of a throw on the run. The dude can play. I love watching the Packers play just because of him.

David is basically just tooting his horn now that everyone is so confident Shea commits tomorrow.

Being a life long Bears fanatic it really really really pains me to agree....Rogers is a freak of a QB. Imagine if he played for Belichick...

I'm sorry... I'm giddy AF about tomorrow... Especially if he's trying to be an Early Enrollee which is HUGE

And I'm a Packers fan, so obviously there's some bias there from me

Him commiting is no doubt a game-changer. I know they say the NFL is a QB driven league, but the college game is getting there as well. Think of Mariotta, Winston, Boykin, etc. All of those guys are high level QB's and have taken their teams to the next level. Heck, Eli went 10-3 with a team with far less talented players than we have now. If Shea is as good as advertised, he can take this program to new heights.

Have also heard he plans on being vocal on the recruiting trail and plans to go after Devin White, Mykel Jones, Willie Allen, and Andraez Williams for us...just to name a few.

This is a GAME-CHANGER. I hope you all are ready.
