Originally from the Sip up 45. I think it's important to get the best from the state but I don't think we need to sacrifice better players from out of state for the sake of instate kids.

If they were just poking fun at us for losing some instate battles I could understand but some of those fans act like we didn't even try to recruit ms kids or somethin.

You have to think about the people that are leading the charge. They twist anything and everything no matter how good or bad it is for us to seem worse. That group has a deep seeded hate for Ole Miss and has made it their goal to do anything to make Ole Miss seem like the worst place ever.
Also remember that they are only about 1% of 1% of their total fanbase and pretty much mean nothing in the end.

No way to win the battle. Just keep beating them on the field. It nice knowing that we were able to beat State during their best season in school history.
