Really? Dude was a 2-star - the fact that he can play special teams is overachieving for me.
We are fucq if either Moore plays legit snaps next year.

Gates isn't a mike linebacker. The two don't affect one another. If CJ had stayed at DE then Christian Russell would have started in his place.

The Moore brothers can both play. They just have to learn to play the pass coverage better which isn't something that kids from 2A Bassfield see a bunch of in HS. TC is fantastic at Husky but if he can be the secondary leader and get everyone set before the snap then I would prefer that.

Husky is the most important position or at least one of the most for this defense. Linton, Anderson and those guys will be fine at safety. Wommack early on will run simple coverages to protect them. With our DL there won't be much need for long coverage. Hampton HAS to take another step. Its his time.
My concern isn't talent but chemistry and leadership on defense. Where does it come from?
