David is saying now that his sources are saying the package deal of ugo and kyle has been pretty exaggerated. Feel like he's just pandering though.
Hard to believe that we aren't even a top 2 for Ugo though. That bites.

The confusing thing is that he was decked out in Ole Miss gear during the TN All Star game. I'm hoping this is another CJ Hampton type situation but not too confident.

Pretty sure DJ Jones is going to flip from FSU to us wednesday. We've got two JUCO LBs on campus right now. One is committed the other is the #1 Juco ILB in the country and he's currently committed to ASU. Van Jefferson will use his last OV before the dead period to come here sunday. He's an EE. We like our chances.

Responding to post about Jones' recruiting of db's. What are your thoughts on Townsend? He was seen as a kind of homerun hire but isn't your biggest weakness pass defense? To beat MSU you need to stop the run (especially qb runs) and throw the ball. You match up well against Ga. Tech. They lost their no. 1 wr, cannot pass, and their run defense sucks.

He was running around blocks and arm tackling for the first 2 & 1/2 Qtrs but turned on near the end and made some good plays. Gonna have to learn go 100% at all times or he'll get an RS his first year.
