I asked Lou Groza winner Tate Sandell if he could put into words the last few seasons:

Sandell said “there was a time the money was running out.” He said he walked on at UTSA and had to have talks with his dad about where things were.

“I was almost done… I never want to put my family in a bind.”

#Sooners fans glad he stuck it out and fingers crossed he returns for SR season.
