Rewatching the game now. Game balls to the offensive line and what could have been if they had gelled and played that well earlier in the season.

Here’s my take. I don’t think they have been as bad as everyone says. Not good early but Seth had a desire to make Jackson a Heisman QB by going pass happy. And pass pro was and is our weakness.
I think had he been more run focused they look better plus we’d have won 2-3 more games and their confidence would have been higher.
I’m jaded because I screamed to run more most of season. Even of we go 3 and out it prevents the turnovers that INTs or our QBs had scrambling to pass.
The RPO took too long to develop early season as JA wasn’t sure what to do and JA also left a lot of good pockets due to inexperience.

Agree 100% OU Guy.
RPO should not have been eliminated altogether, but RPO should not have been the staple playcall. Should be sparingly but effectively effectively mixed into the gameplan, just like this weekend.
The shovel passes were a nice touch!
