Well, we get Bama in Norman. Game will be either Fri night (1 playoff game) or Sat (3 playoff games).

Should be cold which I think favors D. But Bama will be itching for revenge, Brent is 2-0 vs him. We should be much healthier by then.

Bama fan here. Son was a RUF/NEK so I also cheer for OU.

I guess I win either way. But I don’t understand why the committee did this. No need to rematch when OU-Miami and Bama-Aggie matchups would have been much more interesting.

Both teams are struggling offensively. Bama just got embarrassed so expect them to bring a little more than they did last time. I have witnessed the fan hate from both fanbases against the head coaches. Bama’s mouth breather fans will be calling for CKDeB’s firing if he loses again to OU.

Congrats on playoffs

I agree. I think its their way of eliminating 1 SEC team from final 8.

Either way one fan base will be devastated. Its tough to beat same team twice in same year just look at your 2 games vs GA.

Both teams will look at missed opportunities from game 1. Night game means fans will be sauced. We did not get a home night game in conf this year so this makes up for that.

I’ve seen odds showing both teams favored by up to 2 points and betting sites are designed to get bets and make money. Tells me its a toss up game. Both will be healthier.

Anyways, I like the path if we get by Bama and same thing would apply for Bama too. Indy is good with super coach but I think can be exploited. Vs being in tOSU bracket. Whomever wins this game has a good chance to make title game.

Venables says Gentry Williams had shoulder surgery and will not be available for the Alabama game.

Says he does not know about R Mason Thomas.

SEC media had zero respect for us in preseason. Ranked us 10th

G. Williams. Damn. Projected as a 1st- or 2nd-rounter as a Freshman, but every year his draft status drops like a rock. I feel bad for him but he is clearly too brittle for this game.

I guess his consolation may be "free shoulder reconstruction surgeries" ?

CFP Rules Question:
Does the CFP governing body (who is that, anyway) have an injury reporting rule similar to the conference Thursday-injury-report rule that applied to SEC vs. SEC games?
