Horrible ending to season. I hope we get some bats next year. Had good to decent pitching but could not put runs over home plate.
4-5 more wins we are in 4th.
Don’t expect much in conf tourney nor post season either.

Quality win today vs Kentucky 5-1. Surprise pitcher plus Tockey is back.
I think Skip planned it this way to keep Kyson fresh for a deeper run. Curious if he starts Wed or not.

We play Georgia Wed. Kyson won an away game vs them this season so my guess is he pitches

Yes and Skip planned this out perfectly. Took a gamble he could pitch and win vs Kentucky and get the win to save Kyson for GA. Gamble paid off. We are at a pitcher deficit now having played 2 games when Vandy had 2 byes and has complete pitching arsenal. Its hard to play every day in this format when a lower seed. But if we can beat Vandy that puts us in last 4 standing.
5 games in 5 days if we make finals. Tockey is huge to this team. If you are Vandy on rest and with 3 games to win it all do they save their ace assuming they can pitch someone else and beat us? Or do we get their best?
We really needed these 2 games to help for playoff seeding.

So it looks like if we win today we get 1day off and would play Sat next.

Horrible loss because of how we lost. Errors cost us again and it kills pitchers.

We dominated the Huskers except that 7th inning meltdown. Winners side we face NC Sat and have our ace for that game

Well that sucked. An error cost us 6 runs in B1 and thats all she wrote. Once again our players play bad when Kyson pitches. Lost 11-4. Now we play Neb today to stay alive. NC is a good team strong throughout lineup.

We won twice today!
Forced a win or go home game Mon vs NC!!
If we win Mon, and since Oregon lost their regional - we would host a super regional vs the team who won the Oregon regional. Its all lined up if we can win Mon!!!
