We had a runner on 3rd but failed to score
T5, Zaga had a 2 out double but we held em scoreless.
Cam up to 99 pitches, 7 K’s, 0 walks and was great to see him work thru some baserunners. I’m guessing he’s dine for night with 99 pitches

Nice Fri win. Cam worked out of some troubles, first time he’s really been pressured and did good. Game 2 is Sat at 5

I watched LJ Mercurius @OU_Baseball today put on a clinic against Gonzaga.
It didn’t matter who was in the box today— LJ would have fit right in at an @MLB Spring Training game.
FB explodes out of his hand — he generates swings and misses and ugly arse at-bats with his CH.
He has a very advanced feel for pitching the way he pitches in the zone and uses pitches off of each other.
The Sooners have two major league arms going Friday and Saturday right now the way Cam Johnson and Mercurius are throwing.
SEC play is going to be fun
