It’s extremely doubtful that it really mattered, since it would just have given Wyoming an extra 4th and a mile way on their own side of the field down 14 points late in the 4th. But still.

Yes, but it is discouraging to see your officials screwing up on something so very basic.

I read this as govt workers and wasn't surprised.
