He will, very likely, be a dud if elected.
He isn't a professional politician which means he's going to be lost for most of his first term if elected. Tubs will be a junior Senator at the age of 65. Good luck seeing him land a spot where he can steer money to Alabama consistently.
If elected Tubs will fart around for 6 years and then you will have to decide whether to reelect a 71 year old who will likely have zero policy accomplishments other than liking Trump. Who, I should add, will not be President by that time.
I think Sessions is a goober to be honest but I'd vote for him every day and twice on Sunday over the Tubster.

You're giving the average voter in Alabama waaayy too much credit if you're expecting them to have a logical thought process like that when it comes to politics.
Their thought process on this one goes as deep as "Orange Man said keebler elf man bad"
Which to their credit is far deeper than their thought train when it comes to general elections which is "R = good, D = bad", just don't ask any of them why they feel that way bc they can't give you a real answer.

Now that just isn't true BJ. You should be ashamed of yourself. We both know they would respond "because socialism is evil!"
They won't be able to tell you why socialism is evil though.
