My father-in-law has a family member that Dateline did an episode about, and another network show similar to Dateline. His nephew's wife had gone missing in Colorado. Her bicycle was found on the side of the road that they live on, along with her phone. Pretty remote area of Colorado. He was arrested but he was never tried as there was never any hard evidence. His two daughters were supportive of him. The whole episode makes him sound guilty, until the last ten minutes and they're like, oh yeah, there was also texts on her phone to some dude in Illinois she was having an affair with.
