LINE FROM ROME TO GAINESVILLE.
* HAZARD TYPES...FREEZING RAIN...POSSIBLY MIXED WITH SLEET.
* ACCUMULATIONS...UP TO ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH OF ICE.
* TIMING...LATE THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...WITH MOST
OF THE PRECIPITATION FALLING DURING THE DAY ON FRIDAY.
* IMPACTS...ICE AND POSSIBLE SLEET WILL CAUSE ROADWAYS AND
SIDEWALKS TO BECOME SLIPPERY...MAKING TRAVEL DANGEROUS
ESPECIALLY ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES. ICE MAY ALSO ACCUMULATE ON

Why is this shite always on Friday?
The longest day of my work week, and the only day I have to be outside for a long period of time for work. Last week, Thursday night it iced here and my car looked like a fricking glacier when I came outside in the morning.

I'm monitoring more of middle Tennessee and northern Alabama as well, but so far no watches. Those areas actually could have the most moisture with this system, so if it falls early enough before the temps go above freezing, there will be very significant glazing there as well.

You have an O-T. Go there. This actually affects Kentucky, NC, SC, Northern Alabama, and Eastern Tennessee as well.
