Old Topic - Alternative Services

Local cable provider is Cox and like everyone Im tired of getting killed with the fees. If I drop cable the internet service is still $100 per month. Windstream is $65 a month with modem for a year then goes up to $80. Anyone happy or had bad experiences with windstream?
