I'd say I-10 East Bound lane in Baton Rouge as you come off the Mississippi River Bridge is a pretty big one. Only place coast to coast where I-10 drops down to one lane. One lane to exit to I-110 north, one lane going I-10 east, and one exiting to Washington St.(which most people use both other lanes as a merging lane to I-10 East)

People are scared to drive through it they ride there breaks the whole way which backs up the traffic coming from all sides.

yep, every time I have to make this trek that's my first thought. Who in the hell (and considering the age of the highway, I hope they are now in hell) designed a major interstate highway to go down to one lane!
