Did you have to sign anything when you initially applied? They need your signature to run all of those.

I filled out the application online and I'm pretty sure I "e-signed" at the end of it. So probably so.

At my previous company as a recruiter it took anywhere from 5-14 days to get the necessary background checks done, and I couldn't offer until they all came back good, so that could be the holdup since you feel everything went really well.

However, I would be concerned if she hasn't called you back after you leaving a voicemail for her.

We always called before doing any background checks. We'd give a conditional offer pending the background check.
