Chuy's is a chain and commonplace.
Next time you're around, check out Fayetteville Taco & Tamale Co in Southyard (south of downtown Fay) Worst-case, there's a Central BBQ right next to it, and a great local pizza joint called Woodstone across the street.
That area is rapidly becoming another park and walk dining/drinking spot with several options. Sort of an extension of downtown.
